Promotion Response evaluation & analysis (PROM)
employs HPR® models that measure by physician,
the historical response to various promotional
efforts including sales calls, samples,
promotional dinners, web-based events, DTC, etc. |
This analysis produces a comprehensive
understanding of a product’s responsiveness to
promotion by various promotional channels that
can be used to optimize promotion mix. HPR® has
also performed PROM analyses sub-nationally to
identify geographic differences in promotional
response perhaps due to managed care
formularies, patient demographics, competitive
activity or other variables.
Ultimately, the PROM analysis provides the
empirical insight that enables clients to
establish a fact-based forecast built up from
individual customer segments. This also enables
clients to see their best sources of future
revenue and reallocate promotional resources to
maximize the Return-on-Investment.
